Client: Bad Lab Beer Company

Where they started

Bad Lab Beer Company wanted to level up: they had great beer and food but wanted to make a real impact on the community and focus their goals.

What we did together

We worked to create structure and order to their business and their brand. Throughout the relationship, we worked together to develop a communications strategy, advised on a community engagement and charitable giving program, and laid the groundwork for the company to apply for B Corp certification. Together, we took stock of their sustainability goals and internal business practices and started shifting them.

What they walked away with

Clarified core identity, communications strategy, newsletter template, NH Green Hospitality Certification, and B-Corp transition plan.
